How the integration works

When you create or change a product in Rentman, the integration ensures that it is automatically created or updated in your BigCommerce webshop – including title, price, description, images, and category. You avoid duplication of work and ensure that the webshop always shows the latest data.

When a customer places an order in BigCommerce, the order is automatically sent to Rentman and created as a new project. All relevant information – products, quantities, and customer information – is transferred in real-time. At the same time, you have access to a detailed log of all events, so you can always keep track of what is happening.

With the integration, you get access to a range of flexible settings, so the solution can be tailored precisely to your business. You can control how products are created and updated in BigCommerce – including the selection of categories, product fields, and price levels.

When you create or update products in Rentman, the integration ensures that the changes are automatically synchronized with your BigCommerce webshop. If the product does not already exist in the webshop, it is created as a new product with all relevant data. If it exists, it is updated instead – based on item number or other unique identification.

This means that you always have updated product data in the webshop, without having to maintain both systems manually.
