How the integration works

When an invoice is generated in Rentman, the integration will seamlessly and automatically transfer this invoice directly to E-conomic. This streamlined process ensures that whenever your company wraps up projects for its clients and issues an invoice, an invoice draft complete with line items is promptly generated in E-conomic in real-time. This ensures direct transmission of data to your accounting system.

Integration settings

The integration comes with a number of settings that can be customized to suit your needs. You can control the creation and updating of customers and products in E-conomic. This ensures that products are posted to the correct chart of accounts and customers are created in the desired customer group. In addition, you can also set units for selected product groups.

Product synchronization

When you create an invoice in Rentman, the system automatically transfers the associated products to E-conomic. If the product doesn't already exist in E-conomic, a new product entry is generated, incorporating all the relevant data from Rentman. Alternatively, existing products are matched based on their product numbers. This process ensures that all product lines on the invoice are visible within E-conomic.

Match your customers or create new ones

Customers are matched with existing records; if not found, a new profile is created, integrating Rentman data.

Differences due to varying rounding methods at the cent level are equalized automatically.

In-depth settings

The integration offers numerous customization options, enabling you to configure customer groups, product groups, and more.

Match products or create new ones

Products are cross-referenced with existing items. If they are not found in the system, a new product is generated, complete with all the data from Rentman.

Compliance with Danish accounting laws

The integration ensures compliance with Danish accounting laws, making it a secure and reliable choice for your needs.

Subtotal or product lines

Choose between transferring all product lines or subtotals such as rental, sales, staff, transportation, etc.

PDF transfer

You have the option to transfer quotes or contracts from Rentman and attach them in E-conomic

Payment terms and conditions

Use a default payment method or have the integration calculate and create the payment terms.
