How the integration works

When an invoice is created in Rentman, our integration ensures that this invoice is automatically transferred directly to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This means that when your company completes projects for your customers and sends them an invoice, an invoice draft with item lines is created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central immediately (real-time). In this way, the data is sent directly to your accounting system.

Integration settings

The integration offers a range of customization options that can be tailored to the company's needs. You get full control over the creation and updating of customers and products in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This ensures that everything is posted correctly in the relevant chart of accounts and that customers are created in the desired customer groups. In addition, you can configure units for specific product groups.

In connection with the generation of an invoice in Rentman, products are automatically transferred to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If the product does not exist in the system, a new product is created with all data from Rentman, otherwise existing products are matched based on a product number.
In this way, you can see all item lines on the invoice in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
