How the integration works

When an invoice is created in Rentman, our integration automatically transfers the invoice directly to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This means that when your company completes projects for your customers and sends them an invoice, an invoice draft with line items is created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central immediately (real-time). This way, the data is sent directly to your accounting system.

Integration settings

The integration offers a range of customization options that can be tailored to your business needs. You get full control over creating and updating customers and products in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This ensures that everything is booked correctly in the relevant chart of accounts and that customers are created in the desired customer groups. You can also configure entities for specific product groups.

Product synchronization

When generating an invoice in Rentman, products are automatically transferred to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If the product does not exist in the system, a new product is created with all data from Rentman and otherwise existing products are matched based on a product number.
This way you can see all product lines on the invoice in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Differences due to varying rounding methods at the cent level are equalized automatically.

Match products or create new ones

Products are cross-referenced with existing items. If they are not found in the system, a new product is generated, complete with all the data from Rentman.

Payment terms and conditions

Use a default payment method or have the integration calculate and create the payment terms.
